• Assigns orders to lift operators to be pulled from inventory.
• Issues keys, record sheets, and credentials to drivers.
• Records departure times, destination, cargo, and return times.
• Directs drivers via two-way radio; expedites missing or damaged merchandise with customers.
• Maintains mileage, fuel usage, repairs, and other expenses records.
• Establishes service or delivery routes.
• Assigns helpers to drivers.
