Job summary

Lineage is seeking a logistics support professional in Sioux Falls to compile and maintain records for inbound and outbound shipments. You will plan driver assignments, verify product counts, and ensure documents are accurate in coordination with warehouse and transportation teams.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office. You may work evenings or weekends and lift up to 20 lbs as needed, while using provided PPE.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver's assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are accurate and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no shows and unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.
