• 1–2 years of experience in transportation dispatch, logistics coordination, or equipment delivery preferred.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS/fleet tracking systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of route planning, regulatory compliance, and digital record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations using fleet management or dispatch software.
• Track drivers and equipment in real time, updating routes as needed based on job progress and delays.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and field teams to relay instructions and updates.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, delivery records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
• Resolve route or equipment issues efficiently while minimizing delays to projects.
