Qualifications

• > Experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics coordination, or a similar fast-paced operations role.
• > Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple jobs and priorities at once.
• > Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• > Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and scheduling or routing software.
• > Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (100+ lbs) safely when supporting warehouse/moving work.
• > Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and scheduling: plan pickups/deliveries, confirm details with customers, build efficient routes.
• Customer communication: provide professional updates by phone, text, and email; handle changes and questions.
• Job records and reporting: ensure all records are accurate; share daily updates with management.
• Warehouse and moving support: assist with receiving, staging deliveries, and moving furniture as needed.
• Identify delays or issues and suggest process improvements to optimize scheduling and routing.
