Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete is seeking an organized Office/Dispatcher to manage daily truck loads, communicate with drivers, and assist Sales with customer orders. You will weigh deliveries, process payments, and generate routine reports. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; strong map-reading skills and basic Excel use are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, reading, and writing communication skills.
• Ability to read maps and provide directions to drivers.
• Basic computer skills including Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule and advise truckers of loads and pickup details.
• Assist drivers, handle customer orders from Sales.
• Operate scale for weighing trucks and record delivery data.
• Process payments (checks/cash) and forward to Accounts Receivable.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly activity reports and dispatch summaries.
• Provide driver directions to customer locations and answer basic questions about deliveries.
