PNY Technologies seeks a Dispatcher / Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations, serving as the central point between drivers, warehouse personnel, operations teams, customers, and partners to ensure timely movement of shipments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transportation dispatch, logistics coordination, fleet operations, or a related role.
• Experience using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, or shipment tracing tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch company drivers for pickups, deliveries, transfers, and transportation activities.
• Develop and adjust daily delivery schedules based on priorities, customer requirements, traffic conditions, and resource availability.
• Monitor transportation activity to ensure timely execution of deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers to ensure route adherence and meet service expectations.
• Oversee movement of high-value and time-sensitive shipments, ensuring accuracy and delivery performance.
• Provide shipment status updates to internal stakeholders and customers and investigate delays.
