Job summary

neteffects is seeking a contingent worker in Bethlehem, PA to manage daily Excel reports, ensure orders are placed, documents signed, and trucks routed. The role involves light scheduling of routes and multi-tasking in an office setting, using Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax.

A laptop is provided and work is performed independently from a personal cubicle. Required are a high school diploma, basic PC/10 key skills, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Excel reports to ensure orders are placed and documents signed.

• Schedule/reschedule truck movements as changes arise.
• Utilize Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax; familiarity with these systems is a plus.
• Work in an office setting with laptop provided; independent cubicle work.
