Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily load planning and driver assignments.
• Communicate with drivers to confirm status and availability.
• Track pickups, deliveries, and appointment times.
• Maintain dispatch board and internal systems.
• Report potential delays or service issues promptly.
• Coordinate port/terminal/warehouse appointments as needed.
• Ensure documents (BOLs, receipts) are organized and filed.
• Provide general administrative support to operations.
• Maintain professional communication with drivers, customers, and coworkers.
