Responsibilities

• Assist with daily load planning and driver assignments.
• Communicate with drivers to confirm status and availability.
• Track pickups, deliveries, and appointment times.
• Keep the dispatch board and internal systems accurate and updated.
• Monitor loads and report delays or issues.
• Contact customers, warehouses, and terminals for updates.
• Collect and organize bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Upload and maintain documents in the company’s TMS.
• Confirm drivers have correct addresses, reference numbers, and load instructions.
• Assist with scheduling port, terminal, and warehouse appointments.
• Track equipment availability and container returns.
• Provide general administrative support to operations.
