Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a role that supports inbound/outbound shipments and driver coordination. The position emphasizes accuracy in documentation, data entry in the WMS, and teamwork across warehouse and transportation teams.

Part- and full-time schedules are available, with pay ranging from $19 to $20 per hour depending on experience. Training occurs on the 1st shift before transitioning to the regular schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic math is often required in daily tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in cold or hot storage environments with PPE.
• May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends as needed.
• Occasional loud environments are possible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation for timely shipping/receiving docs.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Verify and count products to ensure data accuracy.
• Log and report carrier arrivals, no-shows, and changes.
• Assist with rescheduling appointments as needed.
