Job summary

Lineage is seeking a logistics coordinator for flexible Full-Time or Part-Time shifts. Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with training on first shift before transitioning to the regular schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating drivers, logging cash, and ensuring shipping/receiving documents are accurate. Candidates should be comfortable in varying storage environments and be able to work weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• May receive, count and log cash received by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure documents are accurate and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, or unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
