Job summary

Lineage in Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Associate to compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments while directing driver assignments and check-in/check-out processes. You will serve as the main contact for delivery drivers and work with warehouse teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and data entry in the WMS scheduler.

Responsibilities include verifying product counts, notifying carriers of delays or no-shows, and adapting schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver assignments, including check-in, door assignment, and checkout after load completion.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, and unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments as necessary.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
