Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Raynham, MA is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to serve as the first contact for delivery drivers and to ensure accurate handling of cash, documents, and data in our warehouse. You will collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to keep shipments timely and compliant.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in temperatures from -20F/-25C to 100F/37C while wearing PPE.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule and shift including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive, count and log cash received by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows and unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
