Job summary

Lineage is seeking a dispatcher/warehouse support role in Wisconsin. You will serve as the primary contact for delivery drivers, coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely documentation, and verify data accuracy in the system.

The position requires basic math and strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. A flexible schedule including weekends may be needed, with a focus on safety in cold or dry storage

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler
• Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary
• Plan and direct driver assignments including checking in, assigning doors, and checking out when the load is complete
