• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to use PC, MS Office and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies.
• Prioritize time-sensitive cargo and notify drivers of assignments.
• Maintain shipment information and required paperwork.
