Job summary

SwiftX is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher/Coordinator in Eastvale, CA to coordinate daily pickup schedules and support dispatch operations. You will monitor SLA performance, communicate with drivers and customers regarding pickup status, and assist with high-volume orders.

The role requires 1+ years in logistics or related fields, strong communication and coordination skills, and bilingual capacity in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Excel is expected to manage schedules and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations support preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pickup schedules and support dispatch operations.
• Monitor pickup SLA performance and follow up on delays.
• Communicate with drivers and customers regarding pickup status.
• Support pickup operations for large-volume and key accounts.
• Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions.
• Assist with route optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Track pickup records and KPI reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.
• Assist with peak season support and capacity coordination.
