Job summary

Trescal Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team as a Pick-up and Delivery Driver. You will handle data entry, update the ERP with shipping and receiving information, and maintain inventory accuracy across assigned areas.

You will drive company vehicles to customer sites 1–2 times per week, ensure packages are documented per shipping policies, and provide courteous service while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing work.
• Attention to detail with inventory and data accuracy.
• Experience with shipping software and basic ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Enter data to maintain inventory control and keep ERP up to date.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory data and organize assigned areas.
• Package and ship equipment per policies and document accessories.
• Receive, unpack, and verify inbound orders and discrepancies.
• Initiate and manage shipping with carriers and claims when needed.
• Drive a company vehicle to transport materials 1–2 times per week.
