Job summary

RXO is hiring a Logistics Clerk in Pontiac, MI to keep our operations running smoothly. You will update and distribute reports, extract customer orders, and dispatch shipments in a fast-paced environment. The role requires mid-level MS Office skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Mid-level computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Availability for a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think critically and work well in a team.
• Previous dispatch experience and familiarity with OSWAT/IMS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update and distribute multiple reports to internal and external customers.
• Extract customer orders to be processed.
• Daily interaction with UAW / Leadership.
• Data entry administrative functions in established computer programs.
• Sort and dispatch orders.
• Escalate and resolve daily issues that arise.
• Ensure dispatch boards meet standard by customer.
• Support other departments as required.
