• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch or administrative roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping and dispatch documents accurately.
• Coordinate with transport providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide updates to departments and customers.
• Maintain organized records of dispatch and logistics activities.
• Verify outgoing goods against orders.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, sales teams, and carriers to resolve issues.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management as required.
• Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding dispatch and delivery status.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of dispatch processes.
