Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support dispatch operations and warehouse receiving, coordinating outbound deliveries and inbound materials for Pressure projects. You will maintain inventory, prep shipping documents, and ensure timely shipments.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with BOLs and freight bills, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors at the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, warehouse operations, or receiving preferred.
• Experience with shipping docs like BOLs, freight bills, and delivery records preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in a plant environment.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Full-time salaried position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound deliveries and manage inbound raw materials, ensuring accurate inventory and documentation.
• Communicate delivery schedules, freight details, pickup times, and special handling requirements with customers and teams.
• Prepare dispatch documents including Bills of Lading, freight bills, and shipping paperwork.
• Maintain shipping and receiving records, schedules, and logs; schedule drivers and freight.
• Coordinate with yard, shipping office, warehouse, and sales teams to keep materials moving.
