Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience coordinating dispatch, warehouse operations, and receiving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound deliveries, manage inbound raw materials, and maintain inventory/documents for ship loose materials.
• Communicate delivery schedules, prepare dispatch documents, and maintain shipment records.
• Support warehouse receiving, verify materials against POs, and monitor stock levels.
• Schedule drivers, coordinate freight, and ensure safety policies are followed.
