Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to perform data-entry and administrative tasks supporting inbound and outbound shipments during a Wednesday–Saturday shift (6:00am–4:30pm).

You will handle documentation, scheduling, reporting, and communications, ensure safety, accuracy and productivity, and use the Warehouse Management System to generate reports and track audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year data processing experience in a distribution center environment.
• 1 year warehouse/clerical experience using standard practices.
• PC skills with Windows and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Data-entry tasks within the assigned work area.
• Administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate and schedule pickups.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Track monthly rack audit data in Maintenance Connection.
• Generate reports from the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain office supplies and interoffice mail distribution.
• Perform inventory adjustment audits.
