Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations strategy within hardware-centric environments.
• Ability to own an initiative end-to-end without relying on pre-existing process infrastructure.
• Strong NetSuite proficiency spanning financial capture, planning, reporting and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate both lean and enterprise-grade processes amid change.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics initiatives end-to-end from framing to steady-state operations.
• Translate loosely defined challenges into structured plans with milestones and ownership.
• Scale processes between lean execution and enterprise-grade standards as needed.
• Design and maintain dashboards and data streams (NetSuite) for logistics metrics.
• Aggregate data for executive visibility to support decision-making.
• Create interim tooling (scripts, GitHub-based, AI-assisted) bridging systems ahead of platform decisions.
