Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Corsicana, TX is seeking a Logistics Analyst I to ensure the accuracy and integrity of process order processing and inventory control within SAP. This role supports production, planning and warehouse teams while maintaining data accuracy and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities include auditing orders, resolving discrepancies, cycle counting coordination, and maintaining key spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High level of expertise in inventory control, production, shipping, or warehouse with at least 3 years' experience.
• SAP system experience is a requirement.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Multitasking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to interface with production and engineering groups to resolve inventory problems with limited direction from Manager.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite in Corsicana, TX.

Responsibilities

• Audit process orders for accuracy and identify discrepancies; escalate for clarification or correction.
• Identify discrepancies in process orders and coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain the Vessel Production Times spreadsheet for leadership analysis.
• Coordinate with cycle counter for the WM cycle count program.
• Use SAP to monitor inventory count vs. records; reconcile and adjust.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies per cycle count policy.
• Maintain required audit trails.
• Gather information and resolve complex inventory problems.
• Counts, records, and balances transactions accurately.
• Participate in site safety program and training.
• Cross-train and train others to perform this role.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
