Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain high inventory accuracy and optimize space in the distribution center. You will monitor levels, correct discrepancies, and ensure proper labeling and conformance with quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, with familiarity in SAP and inventory software; PMM and PLOG certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory control in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• PMM and PLOG certifications helpful or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and controls inventory accuracy; researches discrepancies and makes corrections.
• Oversees physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintains product ID and location program; labels and tracks inventory.
• Tracks non-conforming, damaged, or aged product; reports and documents issues.
• Ensures inventory accuracy metrics and reports for management.
• Coordinates cross-departmental efforts to improve inventory accuracy.
• Trains site staff in inventory control techniques and supports operations.
