Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Valencia, CA to enhance data visibility and automate reporting for Logistics and Transportation. You will build Power BI dashboards, analyze data for trends and cost savings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of Power BI reporting experience, plus strong Excel skills and ERP experience (JDE, SAP, or similar).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business analytics, data analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics and Transportation by improving data visibility and developing analytical tools.
• Automate recurring logistics reports to streamline data collection.
• Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate needs into automation workflows.
