Job summary

LeMans Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Supply Chain Data & BI Analyst to partner across Procurement, Logistics, Production and Product Portfolio, turning complex data into actionable insights that boost forecast accuracy and supplier performance.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, own KPI reporting, and collaborate with IT on data warehouses and pipelines to drive continuous improvement and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, BI, ERP reporting, data validation, or master data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, automation, and complex formulas.
• Strong Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data warehousing, process improvement, and automation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Product functions.
• Own and enhance Supply Chain KPI reporting, including Balanced Scorecards and Supplier Scorecards.
• Partner with IT to improve data warehouses, reporting structures, and data pipelines.
• Support demand planning through forecast auditing, data validation, and accuracy analysis.
• Collaborate with Planning, Sales, Procurement, Distribution, Customer Service, and Finance teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Perform ERP (D365) data audits and maintain master data quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify process gaps, performance trends, and data discrepancies.
• Deliver executive-level ad hoc analysis and actionable business insights.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using PowerApps, Copilot AI, and other advanced analytics tools.

What You Bring
