Job summary

IMCD US, LLC in Westlake, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to prepare freight quotes, validate carrier invoices, and ensure accurate accruals for financial integrity. You will analyze transportation data, identify discrepancies, and work with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues while improving quote-to-invoice accuracy.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration

Qualifications

Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or Operations Management preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related administrative operations role.
Strong understanding of freight invoices and related documents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Review freight quote queue and provide accurate pricing to internal customers.
Review freight invoices for accuracy and verify charges before payment.
Collaborate with 4PL providers and carriers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Analyze shipments with missing accruals and provide estimated charges to Finance.
Review accessorial charges and reduce spend with stakeholders.
