Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with data entry, record keeping and report generation.
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain efficient processes for sustainment activities.
Manage data and generate regular and ad-hoc reports.
Support meetings with scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes and action tracking.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records for sustainment documentation.
Provide IT systems and documentation support across designated OPS systems.
