Job summary

L.K. Jordan & Associate in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Bilingual Asset Coordinator to join our growing team. This role manages transportation of company-owned assets using a software platform to deliver excellent customer service at the lowest possible cost.

Based in the office, you will track equipment utilization, coordinate shipments, verify documents, and generate daily reports. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional logistics experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud a plus; proficiency in Microsoft 365 essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the automated software to track equipment utilization, transportation and maintenance.
• Ensure service commitments on shipments are met, on time and correct job site.
• Maintain up-to-date files and records on equipment loads.
• Examine invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Transportation managers to ensure equipment is sent to maintenance or the next job in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain reports on location and utilization, provide daily report of available equipment by location and type.
• Coordinate with field to release underutilized equipment and reallocate to other jobs.
• Run equipment rental reports and balance against assets for high utilization.
• May perform other duties as determined by business needs.
