Responsibilities

• Respond to Customer Inquiries via phone, email, or the CS Database in a professional and timely manner.
• Use stock checks and system tools to validate issues, troubleshoot, and provide resolution based on findings.
• Assist in inventory management with stock checks and correcting records as needed.
• Adhere to Safety Policy and Guidelines to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Develop understanding of warehouse processes and inventory to feedback on inquiries.
• Provide customer status updates on orders, deliveries, and resolutions.
• Deliver products using designated vehicles as needed to resolve issues.
