Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions across North America. The role pays $19.00 per hour and may include bonus or commission pay.

You will work with customers, business partners and drivers to ensure we deliver on our commitments and delight our customers at every step of the experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers via phone and email, handling complaints, diagnosing issues, monitoring delivery routes, and processing order changes or cancellations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and resolve issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
