Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or shipping/receiving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience handling customer calls, emails, and driver interactions
• Comfortable working in a warehouse-support office environment
• Experience with trucking, intermodal, import/export, or inventory management a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Create and process shipping and receiving documentation
• Maintain inventory records and appointment logs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Track and trace domestic and international shipments
• Answer customer, vendor, and driver inquiries
• Verify pickups and deliveries and update system records
• Set up container bookings and process empty container transactions
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and account managers
• Report incidents, claims, accidents, and service failures
• Ensure accurate paperwork before product releases
• Support operations through administrative and clerical duties
