Responsibilities:

As a CSR at Commercial Warehouse, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Timely Response to Client Requests: You will promptly attend to client inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Live Load Schedule Management: Oversee our live load appointment software, collaborating with dispatchers to handle any rescheduled appointments and assisting drivers during their live load appointments throughout the day.
• Paperwork Processing: Efficiently process all inbound and outbound paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Database Updates: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records by diligently updating the database with incoming and outgoing products.
• Collaboration with Inventory Specialist: Work closely with the Inventory Specialist to maintain an accurate inventory and streamline inventory-related processes.
• Daily Operation: Work closely with the fork lift operators to ensure the daily operation stays on track. Collaborate with them to address any operational challenges and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, with a focus on inventory management.
• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, Inventory software, and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify and address errors on daily paperwork and inventory reports.
• Multitasking Abilities: Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks efficiently without compromising on quality.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/bending for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
