Job summary

Mondelez International is offering a Planning & Demand Internship in the United States. The role rotates through demand planning, production scheduling, supply planning and inventory management to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.

You will analyze forecast accuracy, contribute to S&OP, and prepare leadership-ready reports while collaborating with procurement and manufacturing teams. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration.
• Undergraduate degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional demand plans by aggregating inputs from field teams, marketing, and sales to forecast product needs.
• Coordinate supply plans with manufacturing and distribution partners to balance capacity and inventory.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and service performance to optimize stock availability.
• Collaborate with procurement to translate demand signals into supplier orders.
• Create scenario analyses for disruptions and contingency options.
• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting key supply chain metrics for leadership.
