Lynden Incorporated in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a Customer Service Representative driven by a passion for helping customers. You will manage and communicate cargo availability, routing, and freight rating details for truck, steamship, barge, and plane, across multiple channels.

You will respond to inquiries, process Bills of Lading, schedule deliveries, and ensure accuracy in data entry and payments while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from company personnel, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email with rates, routing, packing, and interline transportation info.
• Process Bills of Lading and enter data into the office system with accuracy.
• Notify customers of freight availability and schedule delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and provide prompt, accurate responses to service needs.
• May be required to work additional or alternate shifts.
