Job summary

Wyo-Ben, Inc. in Billings, Montana, is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Representative to coordinate customer orders and shipment logistics for bentonite products while delivering exceptional service.

You will work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with order management processes (order entry, fulfillment, post-delivery support) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and exceptional service throughout the order process.
• Coordinate customer orders for bentonite and related products, ensuring accurate processing from order entry through delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with sales representatives to provide information on product availability, transportation capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, brokers, and vendors to ensure efficient scheduling and accurate documentation.
