Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Willingness to learn equipment and forklift operation.
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally).
• Available to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Fill bags to required weights and palletize finished product.
• Shrink‑wrap pallets and move materials using forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow MSHA safety standards and operating procedures.
• Work closely with the production team.
