Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking a Freight Coordinator to manage receiving and shipping processes and support backroom operations. Primary duties include verifying invoices, preparing shipments, maintaining shipment records and ensuring accurate transfers.

You will work with store management to keep stock organized, label packages, and support secure, timely delivery of merchandise while upholding Buckle’s service standards and policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments.
• Prepare and send items via FedEx.
• Ensure accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check that all transfers have been processed through the register and that items match what you are shipping out.
• When shipping items to Guests and other stores, fold items and place in appropriate sized box for proper presentation of product when unpacked.
