Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in logistics, property management, operations or supply chain.
• Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Advanced CORE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow CORE procedures to standardize improvements across activities.
• Enhance CORE adoption within site and functional processes.
• Lead workshops, problem-solving sessions, and coaching for CORE.
• Support transformation projects with CORE analytics and change guidance.
• Coordinate CORE and Lean training programs and track site maturity.
• Provide recommendations to improve cost, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
