Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Experience with SAP or ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor transit status.
• Update daily inventory records and maintain accurate logs.
• Prepare and print Bills of Lading and related shipping documents.
• Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Schedule freight, coordinate loads, and track delivery performance.
• Verify inventories and assist with monthly drop lot counts.
• Assist with maintaining Master Freight Rate and broker performance notes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics.
