Job summary

PCI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team on the 3rd shift at the Rockford site. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with Planning, Production, and Purchasing, and ensure accurate inventory and compliance with cGMP and SOPs.

The role requires a related bachelor's degree or 1-5 years of experience, strong math and computer skills, and solid communication abilities. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or 1-5 years related experience.
• College level mathematical skills are required.
• Intermediate computer skills for more complex tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and work with abstract concepts.

Responsibilities

• Address day-to-day warehouse functions on the assigned shift.
• Provide direction to the warehouse staff across planning, production, sales, maintenance, engineering and purchasing.
• Supervise and schedule daily activities; plan inventories and ensure safety and compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adherence to stock levels; resolve discrepancies and coordinate with internal/external customers.
• Assist in training and back-up coverage for warehouse activities as needed.
