Job summary

Leidos seeks a Shipping and Receiving Logistician to coordinate movement, receipt, tracking, and delivery of materials and equipment. You will work independently to support daily logistics, resolve complex issues, and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, log, and track materials and equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling and shipments of projects to customers.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documentation and maintain records.
• Investigate discrepancies in shipments, receipts, or delivery schedules and resolve.
• Communicate shipment status and requirements with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
