Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficiency in logistics software and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with diverse teams and external partners
• Understanding of the supply chain process and ERP transactions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage short- and long-term projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily shipments and deliveries to meet production and customer requirements
• Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movements with warehouse personnel
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues promptly
• Monitor transportation costs and performance metrics for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
