Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of SAP inventory and logistics/supply chain support experience.
• Experience with outbound/inbound freight coordination.
• Knowledge of business office and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation.
• SAP knowledge including experience with SAP systems and transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synergize activities to improve performance in logistics and inventory.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance in logistics and inventory.
• Maintain bin counts and reconciliation of inventory.
• Serve as a key backup for inventory and logistics coordinators.
• Manage freight deliveries and ensure product has been received as promised.
• Lead efforts to maintain accurate records in SAP systems.
• Manage SAP discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse, production, and controller to ensure data integrity; correct discrepancies and coordinate delivery from 3PLs.
• Work with production and inventory to close orders promptly.
• Follow up on order process errors; correct errors and prevent recurrence.
• Perform reconciliation of SAP inventory and daily SAP transactions.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training; maintain safe and efficient use of equipment and report unsafe conditions.
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
