Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is seeking a logistics scheduler to manage customer shipments and oversee fleet and safety compliance. The role involves coordinating orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and resolving supply chain issues to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent business experience, strong communication skills, and proven ability to operate in a fast-paced customer environment. Experience in tanker transportation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in multi-compartment tanker transportation; concrete admixtures preferable, but not necessary.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, prioritizes, and manages customer orders & shipments.
• Oversees relationship with supplier, wash, repair, NPPC facilities, carrier, and render facilities.
• Initiates actions to resolve supply chain issues impacting customer shipments.
• Ensures deliveries and customer equipment comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Records and maintains files and records requested by the customer.
