Job summary

NRI is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Riverside, CA. This role supports the Operations Department with scheduled pickups, deliveries, and collaboration across internal teams, delivering excellent customer service.

The position emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and adherence to SLAs in a fast-paced environment. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with starting pay range $21.00–$25.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive).
• Comfortable learning TMS carrier systems, programs and portals.
• Maintain good attendance and performance; no PIPs in last 3 months.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled pickups and deliveries and monitor shipments.
• Ensure compliance with vendor policies and SLA requirements.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping labels, BOLs and documents.
• Assist with overtime as needed and share labor between facilities.
• Track shipments, provide carrier updates and follow up on delays.
