Qualifications

• High school education; or 1 to 3 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with interpersonal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer deliveries and returns based on trucking logistics and communicate with dedicated carrier.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and research and resolve discrepancies.
• Input data and maintain accurate records for missed shipments and DOT records.
• Maintain DOT records and track shipments and proofs of delivery.
• Ensure maintenance and inspections on trucks and trailers and coordinate with carriers.
