Job summary

Kreher Family Farms is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure the efficient flow of products and materials at Wolcott, NY. This role handles inbound/outbound logistics, shipping/receiving documentation, and customer order fulfillment, serving as the main liaison for transportation, delivery, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
Min 2 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
Experience with ERP, inventory, or transportation management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and delivery scheduling.
Verify shipments and communicate load information to teams and carriers.
Prepare shipping/receiving documents (BOLs, labels, records).
Manage customer orders and monitor status.
Support production planning and QA/audit compliance.
Collaborate with multiple departments and external carriers.
Back up other logistics functions as needed.
