Perdue Transportation Incorporated (PTI) is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support the smooth flow of transportation and customer fulfillment operations. You will coordinate appointment scheduling, manage late coding, and deliver outstanding service to keep daily logistics running efficiently.

This role requires attention to detail, comfort in a fast-paced office, and ability to work with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2–3 years of transportation experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of Transportation Operations and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Stand in for team members in appointment scheduling.
• Support Transportation Logistics Supervisor to improve scheduling efficiencies.
• Reduce appointment misses and issues.
• Assist appointment team with scheduling, late coding, and customer service.
• Schedule appointments as directed by management.
• Identify trends and opportunities in appointment issues.
• Produce late-code reports as needed.
• Support the customer service team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
